- Beatified (2020):
- A Brazilian boy born with a severe pancreatic defect was miraculously healed after prayers for Carlo’s intercession.

- A Costa Rican girl made a full recovery from a traumatic brain injury after her mother prayed at Carlo’s tomb for healing.
- Canonization:
- Scheduled for September 7, 2025—Carlo will become the Catholic Church’s first millennial saint.
